How does a variety of sports stimulate your kid physically, mentally, and emotionally?

“Physical activity is the prevention and treatment of diseases”
Righteously said, it is the reason why all children and adolescents are recommended at least
30 minutes of daily physical activity. The longer, the better. Under this consideration, all kids
of growing ages should play sports for at least half an hour per day, for the best of its
